1: Foramen cecum —> Emissary vein
2: Greater palatine foramen —> Greater palatine nerve, artery, vein
3: Lesser palatine foramen —> Lesser palatine nerve, artery, vein
4: Incisive canal —> Nasopalatine nerve
5: Infraorbital foramen —> Infraorbital nerve (V2), artery, and vein
6: Optic canal —> Optic nerve (II) and ophthalmic artery

7: Superior orbital fissure —> Oculomotor (III), trochlear (IV), abducens (VI), trigeminal (V1–lacrimal, frontal, and nasociliary nerves), and superior ophthalmic vein
8: Inferior orbital fissure —> V2, infraorbital vessels, ascending branches of sphenopalatine ganglion
